Many books have been written including passages on “golf as a metaphor for life”. Mindful golf (and mindful life) includes curious awareness, being in the present, self-trust, focus and “all in” on the current shot, gratefulness and enjoyment of the little and big picture.

There is an important direction we can take in our emotional orientation.  Are we routing ourselves through want and desire, or are we routing ourselves through fear.  We get very different outcomes and life satisfaction depending on our “route”.
